With 96 miles of trails, Montco has many places to view these and other local trees in bloom. Some of the favorite parks and attractions with spring scenery include Inner Line Drive at Valley Forge National Historical Park, Green Lane Park, the Harriton House in Bryn Mawr, the Historic Trappe - Muhlenberg House in Trappe, and Curtis Arboretum in Jenkintown.

As far as spring activities for outdoor adventurers go, the 20th Annual Valley Forge Revolutionary 5-Mile Run and 2-Mile Walk is one of the best. Participants run or walk through the Valley Forge National Historical Park (or join virtually), and proceeds from the event go right back to this site the community holds dear. Reconnecting with nature is one of the most fun things to do in spring, and the John James Audubon Center at Mill Grove is the perfect place for just that. The Mill Grove estate is made up of more than 200 acres, with five miles of bird-watching trails and the opportunity for guided bird walks, tours of the property’s historic house, and visits to the museum’s interactive exhibits.
