FEATURED GUEST SPEAKERS:

Nicole Lynn Headshot

Nicole Lynn
Like her clients, Nicole Lynn is a force to be reckoned with.

In 2019, Lynn became the first Black woman to represent a Top 3 NFL draft pick (and only the second woman in history to solo represent an NFL first-rounder). The following year, Lynn again made history, representing back-to-back Top 10 NFL draft picks. Since then, she has gone on to represent top NFL clients such as Jalen Hurts, Myles Garrett, Quinnen Williams, Breece Hall, Ed Ingram, and many others. Named by Sports Illustrated as one of the most powerful women in sports, Lynn began her illustrious career by signing her first client at only 26. In 2021, Lynn joined the team at Klutch Sports Group as their new President of Football Operations.

A native of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Lynn is a proud graduate of the University of Oklahoma and studied Business Management at Price College of Business with a minor in African American Studies. After graduation, she moved to New York and worked as a financial analyst for one of the largest investment banks in the world, Morgan Stanley. While working on Wall Street, she obtained both her Series 7 and Series 63 certifications through FINRA.

After leaving Wall Street, Lynn returned to Oklahoma to pursue a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. She graduated at the top of her class with honors and was inducted into the Order of the Coif honor society. After graduation, she spent time working at the NFL Players Association in Washington D.C. before beginning a federal clerkship for the Honorable Judge Robin Cauthron.

Lynn is a licensed attorney in Texas and was named to the National Bar Association’s Top “40 Under 40” lawyers list. She sat for and passed the NFL Contract Advisor exam after receiving her Texas law license and began pursuing her dual careers as an attorney and sports agent. Lynn spent six years practicing as a senior associate at one of the world’s largest law firms, Norton Rose Fulbright, and represented some of the biggest companies in the country in high-level, complex civil litigation cases. She is an NFLPA and NBAPA-certified sports agent.

Her host of awards include National Bar Association’s Top 40 Under 40 Lawyer (2022), Culture Creators, Sports Honoree (2022), 2x Woman of the Year Award at The Hustle SBJ Game Changer Award, Glamour Magazine - Most Powerful Women in Sports, Sports Illustrated - 100 Power Black Women and Sports Illustrated - The Unrelenting List.

One of her main takeaways is to remind individuals that they have the power to uniquely create their future while remaining true to themselves within her book, “Agent You: Show Up, Do the Work and Succeed on Your Own Terms.” She challenges audiences to chase their dreams and says, “it always seems impossible until it's done.” Lynn teaches individuals that it is okay to be the first and it is okay to be the one and only. But most importantly, losing is okay because winners lose before, during, and after their win.
