SEPTEMBER

Northern Star Farm's 15th Annual Fall Fest - Trappe, Sept. 17 to Oct. 30, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. | Every Saturday & Sunday

Get into the fall spirit at Northern Star Farm in Trappe. Every weekend starting at 10 a.m., there will be pumpkin picking, hay rides, corn maze, pony rides, apple picking, adult games, Amish food truck and so much more! Plus, Northern Star is one of the best places in the county to treat yourself to fresh apple cider donuts.

 

Big Rig Roundup & Whitpain Community Festival, Blue Bell, Sept. 23-24

Families can enjoy a variety of activities, including games, face painting, a pumpkin patch, a petting zoo, pony rides, hayrides, a rock wall, crafts and musical performances. The two-day event hosted by Montgomery County Community College and Whitpain Township, will take place at MCCC's Blue Bell Campus.

Fall for Ardmore - Ardmore, Sept. 24, 2-6 p.m.

Mark your calendar for a day of food, beer, activities, and fun in Schauffele Plaza and throughout the downtown! The first annual Fall for Adrmore event features live music, VIP Beer Garden, sidewalk sales and pop-up events, delicious food and our favorite locally crafted brews from Tired Hands Brewing Co., Levante Brewing, and Iron Hill Brewery.

 

Peter Wentz Farmstead's Scarecrow Contest - Lansdale, Sept. 24, 10 a.m.

It's time to show off your artistic skills (and hay stuffing techniques) at the Peter Wentz Scarecrow Contest. Make sure you bring your own clothes and accessories, hay and the scarecrow frame will be provided to all participants. Spectators are welcome to attend.

   

   

OCTOBER

Merrymead Farm's Fall Harvest Days - Lansdale, Oct. 1 - Oct. 30 | Every Saturday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. & Sunday 12 - 5 p.m.

Fall Harvest Days return to Merrymead for the 39th year! There's so much to do on the farm from testing your navigational skills in the 5-acre corn maze, enjoying a scenic hayride with the family, or painting your own pumpkin and that's not all. Tickets are required for activities and can be purchased at the farm.

 

Upper Merion Township's Annual Community Fair & Festival - King of Prussia, Oct. 1, 12 - 4 p.m.

Come out to KoP for a free, family and dog-friendly event featuring live music, food and craft vendors, hayrides, a pumpkin patch and much more!

 

Lower Providence Township's 34th Annual Community Fall Festival - Eagleville, Oct. 1, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Celebrate autumn and cooler weather with Lower Providence Township at Eagleville's favorite fall festival. Bring your kids for the touch-a-truck ambulance, enjoy local food and music, discover local vendors and so much more!

Fall Fest at Foy Park - Perkiomenville, Oct. 8, 1 - 3 p.m.

Join the fun at Foy Park! Enjoy an afternoon of fall festivities featuring hayrides, pumpkin painting, free kayaking, food, music and more.

 

Fall Fun Farm Festival - Upper Merion Township, King of Prussia, Oct. 7 - 30 | Every Friday (6-9 p.m.), Saturday (10 a.m. to 5 p.m.), Sunday (10 a.m. to 5 p.m.)

Bring the whole family out for fall fun at Nor-View Farm! Friday's Nite Fest features live music, food trucks, beer garden and more. The Day Fest features autumn activities; hill slide, corn maze, axe throwing, cow pie bingo, flower picking, delicious treats and free cold apple cider.

 

King of Prussia Beerfest Royale - King of Prussia, Oct.8, 4:30 - 8:30 p.m.

Cheers to brews in the 'burbs! Bring your friends to KoP for a celebration of over 100 local craft and international beer, delicious food, live music and games.

20th Annual Montgomery County Autumn Festival - Montgomeryville, Oct. 15, 12 - 5 p.m.

Celebrate fall with your neighbors at William F. Maule Park at Windlestrae for a community celebration filled with musical entertainment, food, fall crafts, EMS demonstrations, amusements and more!

 

All Hallows Eve Fall Festival - Pennypacker Mills, Oct. 15, 1 - 4 p.m.

Spend a beautiful fall day at the Mills where kids can paint a pumpkin, make fall kid-crafts, press apples to make cider, and corn shucking - just like the farmers did years ago. Of course, the festival wouldn't be complete without a hayride with your family around the scenic meadow.

 

Upper Gwynedd Township Fall Fest - North Wales, Oct. 15, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Fall fun for all ages! Enjoy a day out filled with family games, hayrides, food, local vendors and crafts. Don't forget to enter your homemade scarecrow in the scarecrow decorating contest - all creations will be on display during Fall Fest.
