Valley Forge Tourism & Convention Board's
Visitors Guide Invites Visitors to Come, Explore
KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. - The Valley Forge Tourism & Convention Board (VFTCB) has published the latest edition of its Visitors Guide, a comprehensive, 48-page celebration of the many ways to explore, enjoy, unplug, indulge, stay over, embrace and Make It Montco throughout Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
"As part of our recent rebranding, we made a conscious effort to take our Visitors Guide in a unique direction," says VFTCB President Bill Fitzgerald. "We are recommending our great hotels, historic sites, family-friendly events, and diverse restaurants throughout all of Montgomery County. We also spotlight our trendy, cool towns, full of neighborhood brewpubs, talented chefs, quaint art galleries, lively theaters and active nightlife."
The copy and photography within the publication has been completely refreshed to reflect the VFTCB's focus on presenting Montgomery County as a diverse and vibrant destination for visitors. The VFTCB member organizations are featured throughout the guide, as well as in a comprehensive listings grouped by function: attractions, shopping, restaurants, accommodations, meeting facilities and services. The 150,000 copies will be available in specific distribution points across the county, including the VFCTB information desk within the Visitor Center at Valley Forge National Historical Park.
The publication will also be available online at valleyforge.org. The mobile version has been specifically designed to be scalable for use on the go.
Fitzgerald expects the VFTCB Visitors Guide to be particularly valuable later this year, when visitors from all over come for the World Meeting of Families and the visit by Pope Francis.
