Elmwood Park Zoo is the first dog-friendly zoo in the us. As of March 2021, the zoo will welcome guests for a series of dog days and happy hours for families and their dogs

At the Elmwood Park Zoo, you’ll find more than more than 100 animals from all over the world. See nature’s most amazing creatures at giraffe and bison feedings, or get a bird’s eye view of the zoo at the Treetop Adventure Park zip lining and ropes course. Elmwood Park Zoo is also a Certified Autism Center (CAC) and the first dog-friendly zoo in the country. Check out some of their events happening too.
