Climb aboard the Colebrookdale Railroad for the annual Easter Eggs-Spress Excursion. This scenic, one-hour ride concludes with visiting the Easter Bunny and an Easter Egg hunt at the Boyertown Station. In addition to Easter-themed coloring books, families traveling in the First Class Parlor Car can enjoy a dessert and complimentary beverage. A light fare à la carte menu will be provided in the dining car and deluxe coach cars for purchase.

Hop on over to the Elmwood Park Zoo’s Easter Egg Hunt on April 20! Both hunts are free to attend with Zoo admission. Don't forget to bring your basket to collect the eggs! 

While you’re out shopping, don’t miss visiting the Easter Bunny at The Plaza at the King of Prussia Mall from March 21 through April 19, 2025. With festive backdrops and professional photographers on hand, gather your family and strike a pose. Located in Nordstrom Court, walk-ups are welcome; however, reservations are available for your little ones to meet the Easter Bunny.

The King of Prussia Mall will also be hosting an opportunity for pictures with Caring Bunny® , a special, sensory-friendly experience - exclusively for children with special needs and their families.

This Spring, it is all aboard for the Colebrookdale Railroad Easter Brunch featuring the Easter Bunny himself! This family-friendly railroad excursion takes families on a 1.5-hour roundtrip ride where children can enjoy Colebrookdale Railroad-themed coloring books of The Velveteen Rabbit along with a festive egg hunt. 

Interested in enjoying brunch during the rail excursion? Tickets are available for the dining and lounge cars with a tapas-style menu, desserts, and a complimentary beverage. Coach-class tickets will have access to a standard à la carte menu. While brunch is optional and an additional cost, standard tickets start at $35 per person, with excursions taking place April 12-13 and April 19. 

On April 20, stop by Normandy Farm for a hearty Easter prix fixe dining experience at their onsite restaurant, The Farmer’s Daughter.

Glencairn

In Trappe, gather your family for a unique hands-on Easter experience at the Visitor Center behind the Muhlenberg House for their Pennsylvania German Easter Egg Decorating Workshop. Explore the history of scratch-decorated Easter eggs and then decorate your own using historic examples as inspiration. Click here to learn more about the workshops happening on March 22 and April 12. 

The Glencairn Museum welcomes art lovers to experience a one-hour guided tour of the Easter story illustrated through the museum’s collection of medieval works of art featured in stained glass, sculpture, and paintings. Episodes depicted in art include the Last Supper, the Crucifixion, the Resurrection, and the Ascension of Christ into heaven. Tours are available by appointment from Saturday, April 5, 2025, through Sunday, April 27, 2025.
