The Bercy is proud to introduce a series of wine classes. During each class, our sommelier, Steven Gullo will present a flight of six wines chosen around a specific theme. Each flight will be paired with small plates crafted by our Chefs and culinary team.
During this tasting, Steven will pour a variety of wines from The Loire Valley. The Loire River Valley is often called the Jardin de la France due to it long history of farming and agriculture since the Middle Ages. Stretching over 600 miles, the Loire is the longest river in France and boasts a seemingly endless array of wines in all colors and styles. During this tasting, Steven will pour classic grape varieties such as Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc while discussing the most famous and some obscure off-the-beaten path Loire wines. Pairings from our Chef and culinary team will complement this fun and memorable tasting.
Please join us for an evening of wine education and delectable pairings!
