Secrets and Spies of World War II

The underground warfare of espionage, sabotage, disinformation, spies, codes and code-breakers played a critical role in World War II. The secret war included Moe Berg, a major league catcher who was a spy, and Wild Bill Donovan, who organized the OSS, later to become the CIA. We also meet the greatest female spy, the "Man Who Never Was," and the man called Intrepid – and examine covert operations, the secret world of Bletchley Park and top-secret codes "Enigma," "Magic," and "Purple."
