This workshop is open to all levels. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or a beginner, this workshop will help you develop a solid handstand practice. In this workshop, we'll start with a quick flow to build heat and connect with the breath, followed by a step-by-step tutorial on handstands. This workshop is designed to help strengthen you in all the right places so you can safely get into handstands on and off the wall.
Mary will help make these fun and challenging poses more accessible to everyone by showing you how to utilize the strength and flexibility that you’ve gained in your practice.
Explore the fundamentals of handstand hops, forearm stand and so much more! You’ll leave with an idea of how and when to float in and out of them on your mat so you can work toward enjoying them in any class. Be ready to add a whole new level of fun and focus to your practice!
