Exhibit: "The Gilded Age of Christmas"

The galleries will highlight antique Christmas ornaments of the early 20th century along with some ornaments and glass icicles from the Pennypacker family. Included on all tours. The Museum Shop, which is stocked with unique Victorian inspired ornaments, gift items, books, children’s toys, and holiday sweets.All ages, free, suggested donation $2 per person.

Holiday tours are offered Tues., Nov. 20th thru Sun., Jan 6th, 2019.
Holiday Tour Hours: Tues-Sat: 10 am to 4 pm; Sun: 1 to 4 pm. Closed Mondays, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Day; New Year’s Eve & Day. Tours take approximately 1 hour, last tour at 3 pm each day.

Pennypacker Mills is the home of Pennsylvania Governor Samuel W. Pennypacker (1903-1907) and his family. Set on 170-acres of bucolic farmland, the mansion is completely furnished and houses an extensive collection of official and personal artifacts of the Pennypacker family.
