Over the past several years, the Valley Forge Tourism &
Convention Board (VFTCB) and its partners have made significant
investments to improve the visitor experience at the Park and have
enhanced group tour services through a unique partnership with the
National Park Service (NPS)
The Board's online registration system is the next step toward improving the experience for all groups of 10 or more visiting Valley Forge and will result in a significantly more rewarding experience for your customers. Knowing when your group is going to arrive will ensure that it will be best accommodated at the Visitor Center, Encampment Store, and Park Theater.
This information is to assist the Park with your group visit. Additional permits may be required from the NPS for picnics or special events.
Groups visiting Washington's Headquarters will enjoy the open house format and the ability to explore the area based on their own interests and time constraints. The complex includes the original building, the restored Valley Forge Train Station, and the Guard Huts.
The registration service is free, as is admission to all park facilities. Simply complete the online form; you will receive a registration confirmation within 48 hours. When possible, please try to give at least 14 days' notice of your group's arrival.
